We have plenty of asparagus now with the recent hot weather and rain. So this is the perfect time to stock up your freezer.
Asparagus is really easy to freeze, you can simply toss it in the freezer in a plastic bag and wash it well when you take it out. Buy 10# or more at $1.75/lb.
